Maximum delivery time

As a general rule, the maximum delivery time of the product at home or collection in shop from the moment we have confirmed the payment, if available in stock, will be between 2 and 4 days. Deliveries or collections will only be made on working days (Monday to Friday).

These delivery times are approximate and in no way binding for BUSTINS JEANS.

We recommend that the CLIENT indicates their preferences with regard to delivery times on filling in the order form.

The product/s will be delivered by the shipper together with a delivery note at the address indicated on the order form, which must be signed as a document of receipt of the delivery.

In the event that the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the shipper will contact the CLIENT directly, indicating the necessary steps to be followed. If the delivery cannot be made because the CLIENT provided a wrong address, the costs of re-sending the shipment will be covered by the CLIENT.

BUSTINS JEANS is not responsible for delays in the delivery of purchased products due to causes attributable to the carrier.

Distribution of products

The products offered by BUSTINS JEANS can be purchased from anywhere in the world, but they are exclusively distribution is carried out exclusively in Spain (mainland Spain) and the Balearic Islands.

Orders will be transacted once payment has been correctly received.

Under normal conditions, all products that appear on our website are available for immediate delivery within the indicated deadlines.

Product availability

The products offered by BUSTINS JEANS will always be subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each one; in the event that any item offered is not available, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability.

In cases where, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed of this and will be offered an alternative product of similar characteristics of equal price and quality to the one purchased. If, even so, the CUSTOMER is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, BUSTINS JEANS will proceed to refund the amount already paid and will inform him/her of the procedures and deadlines for reimbursement.

In order to keep you informed at all times, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.

Return conditions

At Bustins Jeans we want to make it easy for you right from the start and help you get your size right. But if we don't get it right the first time, don't worry.

The first exchange or return you make for each online order is free, as long as the shipping address is in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands. Therefore, if you have already exchanged the product once or if you have purchased promotional items, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. 

Of course, we also accept returns free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, if it has been damaged during transport or if there has been an error in delivery.

Return deadlines

The maximum period to request the return of a product is 15 days, and the packaging and accessories must be included. Once you have received the return label, you have 3 days to take it to the collection point closest to your home.

Prior to acceptance, it shall be verified that it is a manufacturing or packaging defect or anomaly and not due to improper or negligent use, handling or storage. They shall always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.

Both in the event of returned products due to a manufacturing or packaging defect and as a result of an error in the order, the CLIENT, whenever possible, will be offered an alternative replacement at no additional cost, the CLIENT will not have the right to any kind of compensation. The costs of the shipment of the repaired or rectified goods will be covered by BUSTINS JEANS.

In any case, the return shall always be subject to prior examination by BUSTINS JEANS of the condition of the product being returned and verification that the requirements set out in these conditions of sale have been met.

BUSTINS JEANS reserves the right to reject any claim referring to communication of faulty goods or return thereof outside the established deadline or of products that are not in the same state as when they were received.

How to request a product return

Returns will be managed by sending an email to info@bustinsjeans.com with a description of the reasons and the reasons given for the return. It will also be necessary to indicate the name and surname and the reference number of the order.

Once we receive your request, we will process it as soon as possible.
